On the work aspect Softcore, emphasises on streamlined “Work Assignment Strategy” where every Project is divided into “Module development Cycle” and each module is delegated to a part of the team by Project Managers. This eases the pressure on employees and increases the productivity by simultaneous execution of a project.This strategy promotes interaction between members of the sub-teams where they are open to discuss, analyse and give innovative ideas to the higher management regarding the Project assigned to them or about the Concept they are working.It has rightly been said:

We also have open bench where every employee of SOFTCORE can come and give ideas and suggestions about their work and general atmosphere in the Company.
